Plus the NEW Gaylord Opryland Hotel
1st Day: Upon arrival in Nashville, we will go directly to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, which will be our home for the next two nights. Tonight, we will go to the world-famous Grand Ole Opry. What began as a simple radio broadcast in 1925 is today a live entertainment phenomenon. Dedicated to honoring country music’s rich history and dynamic present, the Grand Ole Opry showcases a mix of country legends and the contemporary charter-toppers who have followed in their footsteps. More than 60 acts are members of the Opry, and you can expect to see a substantial number of them at any performance.
2nd Day: A full breakfast is included at the hotel this morning. You will have some free time to explore this fabulous resort today. Under a majestic, climate-controlled glass atrium you’ll be surrounded by nine acres of lush indoor gardens, winding rivers and pathways, and sparkling waterfalls where you can unwind, explore, shop, dine and be entertained to your heart’s content. This evening we will attend the Daniel O’Donnell Show at the Ryman Auditorium. Ireland’s most popular entertainer will sing your favorite country, gospel, and rock ‘n roll hits, as well as Irish ballads. With 7 PBS Television Shows (including his latest, “Daniel O’Donnell!
